Which file formats can you import?
Excel or CSV — send either and our team converts and imports it (the in-app importer itself takes CSV). Exports from other software work when they can be saved as Excel or CSV. Photos and handwritten lists are typed in by our team.
How long does it take?
Most product lists are imported within one working day of receiving them. Very large catalogues can take a little longer — we'll tell you when you send it.
