Delete Your Account

Deleting is permanent. Once it is done, no one, including us, can bring the records back.

• Export or print anything you need to keep, such as your reports, ledgers and invoices, while the account is still active.
• There is nothing to cancel first. Subscriptions never renew on their own, so no payment will be taken after you leave.
• If you only want to stop for a while, you don't need to delete. Stop paying and your data waits for you.

Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1357 077525 or email [email protected] from the phone number or email address on the account, and say you want the account deleted.

To protect you from someone deleting your business on your behalf, we confirm the request with the account owner before anything is removed.

You can ask for the whole account, or just one of the businesses in it.

• your login and profile, and the sessions on every device;
• every business you own on the account, with its products, stock, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, accounts and reports;
• staff accounts that only belonged to those businesses;
• photos, logos and files you uploaded.

Deletion is completed within 90 days of confirming the request, and usually much sooner.

Records of the subscription payments you made to us are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. They show the payment, not your business data.

Backups age out on their normal schedule, after which the deleted data is gone from them too.

The records you created while working for a business belong to that business. Ask its owner to remove you from the team, which ends your access at once. If you want your own login deleted as well, write to us as above.
