Refund Policy

Every new account gets 7 days with every feature unlocked. No card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends; it simply stops until you choose a plan.

Setup help, product import and the setup call are free. The monthly plans have no setup or licence fee, so there is nothing of that kind to refund.

Within 30 days of your first verified payment, tell us Bisnesy isn't working for you and we refund that payment in full. That is the whole condition: no questions, no forms, no proof that it didn't work.

• It covers the first payment on an account, whichever plan and billing term it was for.
• We won't ask why or try to talk you out of it. If you want to tell us what didn't work, we're grateful, but it is never a condition.
• It applies once per account. A second account opened to claim it again does not qualify.

Once the refund is sent, the subscription it paid for ends. Your data is not deleted: it stays on the account, and you can come back to it or ask us to delete it.

Outside the guarantee we do not refund time that went unused. Subscriptions never renew by themselves: every period is a payment you choose to send by bKash, so stopping is as simple as not paying for the next one.

When you stop, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

A lifetime licence (Bisnesy Desktop, the lifetime phone app, or both together) has the same guarantee: within 30 days of the verified payment, tell us it isn't working for you and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

• It covers the licence payment itself, once per licence.
• When the refund is sent, the licence key is switched off on every computer and phone it was activated on.

After 30 days a lifetime licence is not refundable, because it never expires. Payment mistakes are put right at any time, as below.

These are put right whenever they happen, guarantee or not:

• you paid twice for the same period;
• a payment we verified did not give you the plan it should have;
• we charged the wrong amount.

Money sent to a wrong number, or a payment we never received, is not something we can recover. Please check the number before you send.

Refunds are sent within 5 working days of your request, by bKash to the number the payment came from unless we agree another way with you. We tell you when it has been sent.

Partner commission is earned on money we actually keep. When a referred payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.
