Books that are always right
Every sale, purchase, payment and expense posts itself to double-entry books. The trial balance always balances, and every report reads from the same ledger, so the numbers agree with each other.
Search a brand name and the generic, strength, company and MRP fill in from a database of 26,000+ medicines sold in Bangladesh. Record batch and expiry when you buy, sell by the strip or the tablet, and get warned before stock expires on the shelf.

Yes. Choosing “Pharmacy” turns on batch and expiry tracking and the medicine database, and makes the strip (পাতা) the default unit with loose tablets as the sub-unit. You add stock from the database instead of typing it, sell over a normal POS, and an expiry report plus a daily alert show what is about to expire.
A pharmacy carries hundreds of brands that look alike, each with its own generic, strength, pack size and MRP. Typing them into software by hand takes weeks, so most shops give up and keep a notebook — and a notebook cannot tell you which batch of an antibiotic expires next month.
Expired stock is money thrown away, and a strip sold loose as tablets is easy to lose track of. The result is a stock count that never matches the shelf and a profit figure nobody trusts.
Expiry
You find the expired strips while dusting the shelf, too late to return them to the company.
?Adding stock
A new supplier invoice means an hour of writing brand, generic, strength and MRP by hand.
?Loose tablets
Half-strips sold all day never get counted, so the register says 40 strips and the drawer has 36.
?Regulars' baki
The diabetic uncle's monthly medicine is on three different pages of the khata.
?Expiry
Every batch carries its expiry, and a daily alert lists what is about to expire while it can still be returned or sold first.
Adding stock
Type a few letters of the brand and the 26,000+ medicine database fills in the generic, strength, company and MRP.
Loose tablets
Sell by the strip or the tablet; the strip size is set once per medicine and stock stays right to the last tablet.
Regulars' baki
Each customer has one ledger; send the month's balance on WhatsApp in one tap.

Search the brand; generic, strength, company and MRP fill in from the database.
Tell it how many tablets are in a strip for that brand — 10, 14 or 15.
Enter the supplier bill with batch number and expiry for each line.
Switch the unit on the POS line; stock comes down correctly either way.
A daily alert lists batches expiring within 7 days; the expiry report shows the rest.
Sales post to the books by themselves, so profit is on the dashboard at closing.
Pick your business type when you create your shop and Bisnesy switches these on and seeds these units for you. Everything stays editable in Settings — turn a feature on or off, rename a unit or add your own.
Default unit on a new product: Strip (পাতা) → Piece
Tablets per strip vary by brand (10, 14, 15…), so the strip-to-tablet conversion is set per product, not fixed on the unit. Syrups, creams and injections use Bottle, Tube, Vial or Ampoule.
The medicine database covers 26,000+ brands sold in Bangladesh. Start typing a brand and pick it from the list; the details you would otherwise copy off the box are filled in for you, and you only set your own selling price if it differs from MRP.

Every purchase line carries a batch and an expiry date, and the stock history keeps both. The expiry report lists batches by date, and each morning the owner gets an alert for anything expiring within a week — enough time to return it to the supplier or put it at the front.

Every pharmacy business on Bisnesy gets the same intelligence layer: a dashboard that briefs you daily, forecasts with stated accuracy, and per-product answers. No add-on to buy.
A built-in list of 26,000+ medicines sold in Bangladesh. Search by brand or by generic name, pick one, and the name, generic, company, form, strength, strip size and MRP are already there. Adding a new medicine takes seconds, not a page of typing.

No. The POS keeps billing when the internet drops. Sales are kept on the phone or PC and sync by themselves when the connection returns, and a sale is never posted twice.
Yes. Switch it on in Settings and your business gets a public shop page showing your products, real prices, live stock and your variants or combos. The customer adds items to a bag, applies a coupon code, leaves a delivery address and sends the order — no app to install, just a phone browser. The order lands in your app as new, and you move it through confirmed, processing, out for delivery and completed (or cancel it), adding a delivery charge or a discount when you need to, then turn it into a quotation and a sale like any other order. You can also list the shop in the public directory on bisnesy.com, so new customers can find you.
Yes, and they need nothing installed. With F-Commerce you import the courier's parcel or parcel-list file and it becomes real orders — customer, delivery address, amount and the courier's own consignment number — with stock coming off as it should. The courier's status updates then give you delivery analytics: delivered, returned and cancelled, against the same customers you already have. Delivery cost and commission post into your books like any other cost.
