Terms of Service

These terms are between you — the person or business using Bisnesy — and WaafiTech, Dhaka, Bangladesh, which publishes it. Creating an account means accepting them.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

You need an accurate email address and mobile number, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Anything done by a device signed in to your account is treated as done by you.

The account owner controls who else may use the business and what each of them can reach. Staff accounts see only the modules they have been granted.

Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access. You can sign any device out yourself from your profile, and it takes effect at once.

Every new account starts with a free trial. No card is required, and nothing charges automatically when it ends — the trial simply stops.

After the trial, continued access needs a paid plan. Each plan states its price, its device limit and which modules it includes; the plan you are on is always visible in Billing.

Prices can change. If they do, we will tell account owners before the change applies to them, and the price you have already paid for the current period does not change.

Subscriptions are paid by bKash Send Money. You send the amount, then submit the transaction id, your sender number and the amount in the app.

A submitted transaction is a claim, not a payment: we check it against the money actually received. Verification is usually quick and always manual, and your plan activates when it succeeds.

If a transaction cannot be verified — wrong id, wrong amount, already used — we reject it and tell you why. Nothing is activated and nothing is charged.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct number. We cannot recover money sent elsewhere.

The free trial exists so you can decide before paying anything, so we do not refund a subscription period simply because it went unused.

If you were charged twice, or a verified payment did not give you the access it should have, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

Everything you enter — products, sales, customers, accounts, files — belongs to you. We store and process it to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use one business's data to benefit another.

You can export your data while your account is active. If you close the account we delete or anonymise it as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you record: that you are entitled to hold your customers' details, and that what you enter is lawful and accurate.

Use Bisnesy to run a legitimate business. Do not use it to:

• break the law, or record transactions intended to conceal one;
• send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• attack, probe or overload the service, or work around its plan limits;
• resell or rebrand the product as your own without a written agreement.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will say why.

Anyone may join the partner programme and earn commission on the subscriptions they refer. Commission accrues on money actually received from a referred customer, is held for a short period, and can then be withdrawn once it passes the minimum.

Referring yourself, creating accounts to claim commission on your own subscription, or promoting the link through spam or misleading claims voids the earnings involved and ends the partnership.

The commission rate, the referral discount and the payout minimum are published on the partner page and can change; a change applies to earnings from that point on, never retroactively.

We work to keep Bisnesy available and fast, and the app is built to keep billing working through a bad connection. We cannot promise it is never interrupted — maintenance, an upstream provider, or the internet itself will occasionally get in the way.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Bisnesy at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and delete your data.

We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, that goes unpaid past its period, or where we are required to. Except for serious misuse, we give notice and a chance to put things right first.

When an account ends, access ends. Export anything you want to keep before that point.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.

If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and we will notify account owners of anything material before it takes effect.
